LMN's new murder mystery Death Down the Aisle explores the tragedy a bride-to-be faces and the horror she has to undergo when her to-be husband dies under unfortunate circumstances.

Scheduled to premiere on June 13, 2024, Death Down the Aisle tells the harrowing tale of Malorie, who is torn apart to see her fiancé die on their wedding day, and further investigation reveals foul play. Directed by Roxanne Boisvert and written by Audrey C. Marie, the upcoming LMN thriller starring Jess Brown holds several secrets.

Jess Brown as Malorie Banks

Jess Brown is a Canadian actor of French, British, and Jamaican descent. She will star in the lead role of Malorie in Death Down the Aisle. Malorie is the bride-to-be who finds her fiance dead on her wedding day, triggering a series of unfortunate events.

Brown was born in Ottawa, Ontario, and has been active in theater and film from a young age. This brought her to New York, where she pursued her studies at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and, after graduating, became an invited member of the Academy Company. She spent another year there, honing her skills in classical repertory theater and taking up the leading roles of Madame de Tourvel in Dangerous Liaisons, Lucy in Dracula, and Emma in Jane Austen's titular novel.

Brown began her career on the New York stage, working with directors like Rufus Wainwright at the Brooklyn Academy of Music for Prima Donna, after which she was cast in The Graduate (Ivoryton Playhouse) as Elaine Robinson. This role gained her widespread recognition.

Jess Brown has also captured the screen with her memorable appearances in Tapped Out (Lionsgate), Nightbooks (Netflix), Good Witch (Hallmark), Frankie Drake Mysteries (CBC), Private Eyes (Global), and Loving Every Minute (Reel One).


Jayne Heitmeyer as Pamela

Jayne Heitmeyer has been cast as Pamela for LMN's Death Down the Aisle. She is a Montréal-born Canadian actor who attended the International School of Geneva before attending John Abbott College in Ste. Anne de Bellevue, Quebec, and McGill University in Montreal. Jayne is best known for her movies Maps to the Stars (2014), Snake Eyes (1998), and Transplant (2020). She specializes in the science fiction and horror genres.

Heitmeyer is also known for her performances as Lt. Briony Branca in the second season of Night Man, Jessie Jaworski in Sirens, and Renee Palmer in Gene Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict.
