"A woman named San finds herself trapped in New York City during the early stages of an invasion by alien creatures with ultrasonic hearing"
The cast of the film includes Lupita Nyong'o, Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, and Djimon Hounsou, among others. However, there is one character in the film who has grabbed everyone's attention: it is Frodo, the cat.

Played by two cats named Schnitzel and Nico, Frodo is Sam's (played by Nyong'o) service cat. He accompanies his mom in surviving the chaos created by the invading alien creatures. People dying in an apocalyptic horror movie is no news, but fans can rest assured Frodo the cat survives the mayhem.
The cat survives in A Quiet Place: Day One
Frodo does not die in the movie. However, that is not to say he is not in perpetual danger. As Sam's service cat, Frodo is on a leash or moving around in the film. But during several sequences where the alien creatures attack the humans, we find Frodo has disappeared. Fortunately, he always comes back to his mom.
In one scene of A Quiet Place: Day One, we see Frodo trying to hold his breath underwater as Sam and Eric (played by Joseph Quinn) try to get around the extraterrestrial creatures. In another scene, we see Frodo unwittingly landing himself in trouble by getting too close to the creatures. However, Sam and Eric always look out for him.
At the end of A Quiet Place: Day One, we see Frodo on a boat with Eric. The boat shelters the survivors, and Frodo's last moments in the film show him cuddling up to a young boy. Thus, when the credits roll, the audience can at least take some comfort from the fact that despite everything, the cat is alive and well at the end of the movie.
