As an actress and entrepreneur, Jessica Alba rose to fame for Dark Angel and Fantastic Four and gradually built a billion-dollar enterprise. Jessica Alba had appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on March 8, 2017, and had shared a vivid memory of her first job as a child.

Reflecting on the grueling nature of the work, she revealed:

"Every time we'd get heat stroke, My brother and I, We'd drink castle coolers and funions and barf on the way home."

Speaking candidly, Alba described the job, which involved dressing as a clown and holding signs in sweltering heat to attract attention to new condo developments. Her remarks on the show gave fans a glimpse of her life before fame.

Jessica Alba’s first job: Sharing childhood memory

In her interview with Jimmy Kimmel, Jessica Alba had talked about having a strange job as a child. Her uncle John had hired her to hold condo signs when she was only 10 or 11 years old, while dressing up as a clown.

Jimmy Kimmel Live has been a place where famous people share both funny and touching stories, and Jessica Alba's 2017 appearance was not an exception.

Alba revealed that she saw the job as a way to make money since her parents didn't pay her for doing chores, even though it was hard. The experience made her strong, which has reflected in her work since then.

Jessica and her partner Cash Warren are parting their ways

A report from TMZ on January 8, 2025, stated that after 17 years of marriage, Cash Warren and Jessica Alba are heading towards a divorce. They met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004 and have three kids together: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 8. In late 2024, Alba was seen at public events, including a party before the Golden Globes, without her wedding ring.

Despite their alleged separation, the couple is reportedly co-parenting their kids. They recently celebrated their son Hayes’ eighth birthday at Universal Studios, with Alba even posting photos of the outing on Instagram.
