Marvel Studios’ Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has brought iconic comic book characters like Thor Odinson to life by bringing them on screen. Based on Norse mythology’s God of Thunder and the son of King Odin, who rules the fictional kingdom of Asgard, Thor is the mightiest Asgardian and is always seen wielding a special hammer, Mjolnir. Out of all the MCU heroes, the God of Thunder has the most number of solo films.
His character transforms from an arrogant heir to a virtuous brother and son who learns his responsibilities and duties. Apart from his four solo films, he has also appeared in four Avengers movies, playing a crucial role.
Both the release order and the chronological order for watching the movies are the same.
