The plot of Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit follows the Tottington Hall Giant Vegetable Competition as it draws near and Wallace and Gromit run "Anti-Pesto," a business protecting vegetables from rabbits. Wallace creates the Mind Manipulation-O-Matic to stop the rabbits' appetite, but it transforms him into the Were-Rabbit.

When the town learns of this, Lord Victor Quartermaine, jealous of Wallace’s bond with Lady Tottington, seeks to kill the creature. After a series of events, Gromit and Wallace work together to escape danger. Ultimately, Wallace returns to normal, Gromit is awarded the Golden Carrot for his bravery, and the rabbits are safely relocated to a new home at Tottington Hall.
