Jazz Ramsey: A K-9 Mystery is an original television film by Hallmark Mystery, starring Rachel Skarsten and Corey Sevier in the lead roles. Since its inception in 2001, the company has produced numerous popular films with exciting talents in front of the camera.

Jazz Ramsey: A K-9 Mystery is an addition to that list, not just for its charismatic leads but also the great ensemble of supporting actors, including Zarrin Darnell-Martin, Sergio Di Zio, and Fuad Ahmed.

Rachel Skarsten is playing the titular character, Jazz Ramsey. Ramsey's crime detection dog one day stumbles upon an old crime scene and she gets involved in the investigation. She finds out that the lead detective in the case is none other than her ex-boyfriend, Nick. They join hands to solve the mystery and catch a dangerous killer.

Skarsten is a Canadian actress from Toronto. She has been acting professionally for over a decade and has been part of projects like Lost Girl, Birds of Prey, Flashpoint, and Fifty Shades of Grey.

2) Corey Sevier as Nick Kolesov

Nick Kolesov, played by Corey Sevier, is a cop who becomes the lead detective of the crime scene that Jazz and her dog Zeus discover. The only twist is that Nick and Jazz used to be in a relationship and are now entangled in a murder mystery together.

Sevier has been working since the age of nine. He started acting in television series and made his feature film debut in 1998 with Summer of the Monkeys. Before Jazz Ramsey: A K-9 Mystery, Corey and Rachel worked together in a television show called Little Men.

3) Zarrin Darnell-Martin as Sarah Carrington

Zarrin Darnell-Martin has appeared in over 50 films and television series in small roles. Her most notable roles before playing Sarah Carrington in Jazz Ramsey: A K-9 Mystery were Dr. Lily in Ginny and Georgia and Intern Wanda in the Academy Award-winning Best Picture-winning film Spotlight.

From the trailer, it seems like Carrington is part of the police department and a friend of Jazz Ramsey.

4) Sergio Di Zio as Michael Ramsey

Sergio Di Zio is playing Michael Ramsey. It appears his character might be related to Jazz Ramsey.

Sergio is a seasoned actor with almost three decades of professional experience. He has been part of projects like Flashpoint, The Lookout, Cinderella Man, and The Walk.

5) Fuad Ahmed as Asher Manard

Fuad Ahmed is a Canadian actor of Pakistani descent who has been part of several Canadian projects. He is playing Asher Manard in the film.

Fuad was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and later moved to Hong Kong and Thailand before finally settling in Canada. He played clarinet for several years before starting his acting career. He has been part of Covert Affairs, Lost Girls, and Bebba Boys.
