What is Love Lies Bleeding about?

Taking place in 1989, Love Lies Bleeding tells a story about two lovers, Louise Lou Langston played by Kristen Stewart and Jacqueline Jackie Cleaver acted by Katy O'Brian.

Lou is a member of a family with criminal connections, while Jackie got a new job at a shooting range owned by Lou's estranged father Lou Sr. It emerges later that Jackie had seduced Lou's brother-in-law JJ into helping her secure this position.
