M. Night Shyamalan returns to the director's chair with his latest psychological thriller Trap. Trap is a psychological thriller that plunges us into an evening at a packed concert where not everything is as it seems and the plot centers on a father who treats his daughter to a concert as a reward for her good grades. What appears to be a night of celebration, however, is a carefully orchestrated FBI operation to capture a notorious serial killer known as "the Butcher." The twist is the devoted father is the Butcher himself.

As the concert progresses, he is aware of the heightened police presence and overhears plans of an FBI trap. Realizing he's been cornered, he uses his cunning to navigate through the crowd, manipulating his surroundings to maintain his cover and plot an escape. With each step, he draws closer to a potential breakout, but unexpected interactions and the growing suspicions of his daughter bring suspense to his plans.
