Mistletoe & Matrimony on OWN: Full list of cast

Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) has brought another Christmas movie, Mistletoe & Matrimony, as a part of the sixth anniversary of its “OWN For the Holidays” programming event. Starring Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut and Etienne Maurice, the movie will debut on OWN this Saturday, December 14, 2024.

Mistletoe & Matrimony follows Olivia Morris, an organized wedding planner, who is asked to plan her free-spirited sister's Christmas Eve wedding. Things become complicated when her ex-boyfriend, Isaiah, returns to town to help with the preparations. As Christmas and the wedding unfold, Olivia is forced to reconsider her views on love.

1. Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut as Olivia Morris

Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut, an American actor and writer known for her Broadway work, stars as Olivia, a wedding planner planning her sister's Christmas Eve wedding. She is best known for playing Ensign Sidney La Forge in Star Trek: Picard season 3 (2023) and has also appeared in Chicago Med (2015) and Cruel Summer (2021).

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut attended Northwest School of the Arts with a major in Theatre and a Minor in Dance. In 2015, she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro's School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. She then pursued a career in acting.

2. Etienne Maurice as Isaiah Howes

Actor Etienne Maurice, who is best known for his roles in H.E.I.R. (2017), The Last Laugh (2015), and Hideous (2014), will join Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut in Mistletoe & Matrimony as Olivia's ex-boyfriend who arrives in town just in time for Christmas and Olivia's sister's wedding.

His arrival complicates things for Olivia but sparks fly between them as his presence and the spirit of Christmas make Olivia reconsider what she believed about love.

Krista Nazaire is an actor who is known for starring in movies like The Marriage Pass (2024), The Hardy Boys (2020), and Hell of a Summer (2023). She is also joining the cast of the upcoming OWN movie as a character called Gwen.
