Megan Stalter, Sean Astin, and Owen Thiele appeared alongside Sabrina Carpenter in the first skit for A Nonsense Christmas With Sabrina Carpenter. Sabrina played Debbie who was introducing her friends to her new boyfriend Sean.

Sean was dressed as Santa Claus and exhibited characteristics resembling him. However, Debbie played by Sabrina, refused to see the similarities between the two despite her friends pointing it out.

The skit ended with Sabrina getting her Christmas wish fulfilled by singing with Shania Twain after she appeared and revealed herself to be Mrs Claus.

The next skit in the film saw Sabrina Carpenter interacting with Kyle Nooney's Dave and Jillian Bell's Amy through a song What Do I Get My Brother-in-Law?, as she decided on what to give her brother-in-law (Nooney) for Christmas.

While singing, she realized that she knew nothing about him and ended up giving him a phone charger that was lying around as a gift.

Things could have gone very wrong after this, but Nooney's Dave loved the gift. He also appreciated Sabrina for her thoughtfulness.

Nico Hiraga, Quinta Brunson, and Cara Delevingne appeared in the third skit of the movie where Nico played the role of a guy who has a habit of ghosting women.

Sabrina appeared as Annie, "the spirit of ghosted past", Quinta appeared as Allie, "the spirit of ghosted present," and Cara Delevigne appeared as Bri, "the spirit of ghosted future."

The skit progressed with all three women appearing one after the other, confronting Nico for his ghosting tendencies. It ended with the three women bonding over their shared experiences and Nico learning the importance of effective communication.
