Brad Pitt and George Clooney are back together after 16 years, as they reunite for the film Wolfs. Sony Pictures released the first official trailer for the upcoming film on May 28, 2024, and it took the internet by storm.

Brad Pitt and George Clooney collaborated on eight films earlier, with the last being the 2008 Coen brothers' film, Burn After Reading. The duo are known for producing blockbusters whenever they work on a film together with the Ocean's trilogy being a testament to their success. As per Forbes, the two have grossed more than $2 billion together (when calculated as per current values).

Wolfs is an action comedy film that falls right in the zone where Geroge Clooney and Brad Pitt both shine. They have had amazing chemistry in their earlier films, which have seen them in similar settings. Wolfs features both of them as professional fixers, who are forced to work together.

As per the recently released trailer, they have chalked up an amazing chemistry (although their characters in the film are sick of each other). The glimpse at the first trailer, promises an exciting watch for viewers.

The recently released trailer for Wolfs features George Clooney and Brad Pitt as two smooth operators. They are professional fixers hired to clean up on the same crime scene.

The trailer begins with Amy Ryan (playing the role of Margaret) as she calls Geroge Clooney's character Jack, over the phone. Jack is a professional fixer who is adept at taking care of crime scenes. Seconds after he exclaims "There’s nobody who can do who I do", a dashing Brad Pitt walks in, wearing the same attire as him. Coincidentally, Pitt's character Nick has also been assigned the same task as Clooney.

The two of them are lone wolves, and what follows is a series of action comedy sequences that see the two of them quarrel over how to get things done. As the trailer shows, things take a turn for the worse when the deceased person turns out to be alive. The presumed deceased character is played by Austin Abrams (known for Euphoria and Dash and Lily). The film also stars Poorna Jagannathan (known for Never Have I Ever and The Night Of).

Wolfs' trailer showcases several action-packed sequences that are staples of action comedy films. There are gunfights, car chases, and near-death scenes with funny dialogues in between. Although Pitts' and Clooney's characters are eerily similar to each other in their looks and attire, the two glaringly ensure that they are not partners at all.

Wolfs has been produced by Apple Studios (who have recently produced Argylle and Killers of the Flower Moon). It will see a theatrical release (handled by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures) before being released on Apple TV+. The film will premiere in theaters on September 20, 2024.
