Megan Fox took to Instagram and announced her pregnancy with her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly. Sharing a series of pictures of herself flaunting her baby bump and the positive pregnancy test, she wrote “welcome back” in the caption referring to her recent miscarriage. The caption read:
“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.”
Furthermore, it is worth noting that when Megan Fox announced her pregnancy, she deleted all her previous posts and kept the pregnancy post as the only picture on her account. While this will be Megan’s fourth child, it will be her first one with her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. Megan shares three kids, Noah, Bodhi and Journey with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.
On the other hand, the baby will also be Machine Gun Kelly’s second baby as he already shares a 15-year-old daughter with his previous partner. However, the couple has also shared about their pregnancy loss previously, as Fox once shared in a Good Morning America interview held in November, last year.
At the time, she said:
"I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been dating since 2020
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox met each other in March 2020, on the sets of Midnight in the Switchgrass. Thereafter, the two were often seen together having dinners, enjoying vacations, attending events and even walking the red carpet together.
Thereafter, in January 2022, Megan Fox shared the news about the couple being engaged as Kelly proposed to the actress by dropping on one knee. The couple posted a series of pictures wherein they showed the ring to the fans and also claimed that they drank each other’s blood on the day.
Later, in March 2024, Megan Fox appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast and revealed that they had previously called off their engagement. She claimed:
"I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption. So I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow.”
While the couple is elated about the pregnancy, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were once left heartbroken due to their miscarriage as she wrote about the experience in her 2023 book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. Writing about the ultrasound of her unborn daughter at 10 weeks, she wrote:
“Maybe if you hadn't... maybe if I had...I want to hold your hand. Hear your laugh. But now I have to say goodbye.”
As Megan posted about her pregnancy, social media users were left pouring in their congratulatory messages for the couple. However, at the moment, the duo has not revealed more details about their pregnancy or the unborn child.
