As the internet continues to rave about Barry Keoghan's appareance in girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter's Please Please Please, the former's ex, Alyson Sandro, has also received attention for liking comments dissing the Irish actor. On Sunday, May 26, 2024, Sandro shared an Instagram post with her son showing them interacting with heart graffiti.

"No love could ever come close," the image's caption read.

However, eagle-eyed fans on Friday, June 7, found Alyson had liked comments dissing the Eternals actor under her post. Reddit user r/Fauxmoi was the first to notice what was happening.

Keoghan dated Sandro from 2021 to 2023, and the ex-couple has a son, Brando, who was born in August 2022. Since the pair's split, the Irish actor has been linked with Expresso singer Sabrina Carpenter after they were spotted enjoying dinner together in Brentwood, Los Angeles, in December 2023.

Barry Keoghan and Alyson Sandro started dating in February 2021. She is a Scottish dentist and orthopedic therapist, operating out of London, England, at ODL Dental Clinic. While the actor has been tight-lipped about his private life with Sandro, the pair reportedly crossed paths at a bar in London when he was shooting for Saltburn.

The couple was spotted together walking the premiere event of Eternals as well as the Oscars 2023 red carpet. The former couple share a son named Brando, named after iconic actor Marlon Brando Jr., reflecting Barry Keoghan's love for acting and the Hollywood leading man. In a January 2024 interview with GQ, the Dunkirk actor revealed:

"Brando Keoghan. Imagine that, for a name! I set him up. Brando Keoghan, piano player! I obviously love Marlon Brando, but I just, yeah—for a first name I thought it was quite cool. To have Brando in your name— feckin’ hell, man! He’s got a lot to live up to, that kid."

In the same interview, he explained that Brando was born while he was busy shooting for Saltburn, adding that it was the "best time of (his) life" as he was "havin’ a baby boy, and leadin’ a movie." While he did not comment about Sandro, he stated:

"She’s done a great job and she’s an incredible mother."

Alyson Sandro and Barry Keoghan allegedly split after concerns over the actor's alleged "partying," with Sandro suspecting he "got close to someone else." As per reports, the former couple's relationship "suffered" following the success of Keoghan's The Banshees of Inisherin. However, the pair have remained quiet about their separation.

Prior to dating Sandro, Barry Keoghan dated Shona Guerin, a waitress working at a pub in Kerry. During a 2019 appearance on Livin' With Lucy, the Irish actor opened up about his relationship with Guerin, stating, "She’s made me a man. She’s the girl I want to be with for the rest of my life."

Barry Keoghan and Sabrina Carpenter were first linked together in December 2023, when they were spotted together in Los Angeles. They met a couple of months before while attending the Givenchy Spring/Summer 2024 runway show during Paris Fashion Week.

Since then, the pair have been spotted together going on dates and even attending events together, including the Grammy's after party and the Met Gala 2024. Barry was also present in the audience during Sabrina's performance at Coachella earlier this year.
