Cory Hardrict recently appeared on The Pivot podcast and opened up about his divorce from Tia Mowry and his sleepless nights. As the co-hosts, Ryan Clark, Channing Crowder Jr., and Fred Taylor talked about his career, kids, and his separation from his long-time partner, Cory responded and said:
“You know, I feel like you’ll never get through that. A lot of praying. A lot of knowing that God is real. God is actually truly real in my life. A lot of stillness, man. When you sit still a lot, you can hear a lot of things, for me."
He added:
"A lot of isolation, solitude, and just knowing if I can just put one foot in front of the other and take it a day at a time, ‘cause I’m taking it a day at a time… still to this day.”

Talking to Essence at the press conference, Cory Hardrict revealed how he has cried himself to sleep for many nights. The actor stated:
“It’s tough when it feels like you’re going through something alone and no one understands, and no one’s there for you. It was a year and a half crying myself to sleep every night. People who know me, know that my kids and family were everything to me. I’m stronger than I thought I was. By the grace of God, I’m here, and I’m still going.”
The movie, Divorce in Black, stars Cory Hardrict, who portrays the role of a man who tries his best to gather his failed relationship with his ex-wife, played by Meagan Good.
