Fans called Adam Sandler "the most humble celebrity ever" after his TikTok interview went viral on Sunday, August 25. In a roadside interview with the guy behind the TikTok account @mysteryfashionist, Sandler opened up about his unique fashion choices.

Sandler has often been lauded for his out-of-the-box fashion sense. Instead of choosing high-profile brands and designer labels, the actor opts for colorful and casual looks. In the brief conversation, Sandler revealed that his fashion style wasn't premeditated. The actor picks up whatever is in the closet, generally "goofy shorts," polo shorts, and sneakers.

"It just happens. I didn't really think it through," explained the actor.

Pointing at his stomach, he quipped:

"There are sneakers. There are some goofy shorts. I wear this to cover this, and then I got this to cover more."

When it comes to items he can't live without, Sandler revealed that he likes unique socks, goofy T-shirts, and shorts that extend beyond the knees. The actor also revealed that many people in his family make fun of him for his casual fashion choices.

Adam Sandler will return on stage in his polo T-shirt, casual hoodie, and sneakers for the Netflix special Adam Sandler: Love You. Releasing on August 27, the stand-up special will also mark the comedy special directorial debut of Josh Safdie, the co-director of Uncut Gems.

Other prominent artists and executives collaborating in the Netflix special include Ronald Bronstein, Brian Robinson, Eli, Bush, Perry Sachs, Joseph Vecsey, and others.

The trailer for the show came out on August 7 and showcased some hilarious bits where the comedian was interacting with the crowd and playing music onstage. The actual show will be 70 minutes long. It has been edited from three hours of footage taken from a Sandler show at the Nocturne Theater in Glendale, California.
