Actress and singer, Amanda Seyfried recently gave an interview to ABC News and spoke about Mamma Mia. Additionally, the actress also commented on the speculations about Sabrina Carpenter playing her daughter’s role in the future installment of the movie.
Asking the question, journalist Will Gans specified how Cher and Meryl Streep, who just have a three-year age difference played mother and daughter in Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again. To this, Amanda Seyfried responded and said:
“You’re right, actually, it doesn’t matter. You know what? Old age makeup for me. That’s what it will be. Especially if it means that Carpenter will join them on their next family adventure. I don’t mind. I’m an actor. I’ll do it. If Sabrina Carpenter wants to play my daughter, I’ll make it happen. It’s fine. She’s… I’m a big fan.”
