Actress Rebel Wilson and her fiancée Ramona Agruma will soon be meeting Agruma's parents for the first time, after more than two years together and the birth of their daughter, Royce. In a recent interview with Today.com, Wilson revealed that cultural differences had previously delayed the introduction.

Wilson, 44, explained that Agruma's upbringing in Latvia, a country with a less established LGBTQ+ rights record compared to others, played a role in the delay. Wilson said:

"Ramona was born in Latvia, and it's not as LGBTQ+-friendly as other countries are. I just think some people need a bit more time — and some people won't ever come around to it, and that's fine, and that's their decision. There are still parts of the world that aren't as accepting"

The couple who officially revealed their relationship in June 2022 will be flying to Europe in the next couple of weeks with their nineteen months old child. Wilson further added that she was excited to meet Ramona's family and knows that they are "very smart" people. Stating that her Fiancee's mother is a doctor.
