Zac Efron fans were left concerned after the actor was briefly hospitalized during his vacation in Spain. Page Six reported that the Family Affair actor suffered a “minor swimming incident,” in the pool in his villa in Ibiza. While the actor had no major injuries, he was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
As per Zac Efron’s representative, the incident took place on Friday, August 2, 2024, and the actor was released from the hospital on Saturday, August 3, 2024. TMZ reported that Zac was in the pool, when he had a sudden accident, and two people working at the villa had to pull him out of the swimming pool.

Zac Efron reportedly planned a small vacation in Spain as he was already present in Paris for the ongoing 2024 Olympics. The actor was seen during the opening ceremony held on July 26, 2024.
