Brandon Sklenar, the It Ends With Us actor has finally spoken up on the alleged rumours about there being a feud between Blake Lively and her co-star and director Justin Baldoni. In an Instagram post on August 20, Brandon spoke about the rumours “vilifying the women” of the movie and said:

“I wanted to take a minute and address all this stuff swirling online. Colleen and the women of this cast stand for hope, perseverance, and for women choosing a better life for themselves. Vilifying the women who put so much of their heart and soul into making this film because they believe so strongly in its message seems counterproductive and detracts from what this film is about.”

He also stated how it has been “disheartening” for the entire crew to see negativity about the movie on social media.

“Trust me when I tell you, there isn’t a single person involved in the making of this film that was not aware of the responsibility we had in making this. A responsibility to all the women who have experienced generational trauma, domestic abuse or struggle with looking in the mirror and loving who they see," Brandon continued.

Brandon Sklenar played the role of Atlas Corrigan in It Ends with Us. Atlas is Lily’s high school boyfriend in the movie, who also makes a comeback in her adult life. It Ends With Us is based on the 2016 novel, of the same name by Colleen Hoover. Apart from Sklenar, the film released on August 9, 2024, also stars Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni, Jenny Slate, and Hasan Minhaj.
