Jude Law received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, December 12, 2024, for his work in popular movies like The Holiday and The Talented Mr. Ripley. As he received his star, he thanked his family and said in his speech:

“I’ve been very very lucky to have had a family around me that have lived with and supported my passion for acting and filmmaking. And some of those members of my lovely family are here today. And they know what they mean to me. I love them so much."

Furthermore, as Jude Law thanked his family, his wife, Phillipa Coan, and two of his seven kids, Rafferty and Iris were seen clapping for their father. While he has been married to Coan for more than 4 years now, it is worth noting, that Jude shares, Iris and Rafferty with his first wife, Sadie Frost, whom he married in 1997.

While the couple parted ways in 2003, they also share another child, except Raff and Iris. Furthermore, Jude had his fourth kid in 2009, while he was in a relationship with Samantha Burke. Thereafter, his fifth kid was born in 2015 to Catherine Harding. Jude and Phillipa later welcomed his youngest two kids, in 2020 and 2023.

While Jude Law prefers to keep his younger kids out of the public eye, his eldest kid, Raff wishes to follow in the footsteps of his father and venture into acting. He also spoke to GQ Hype in 2021 and stated:

"I don't think they felt strongly either way. They've been watching me in school plays since I was 5 and it's always been something I've loved doing, as well as music and writing, so they've been very supportive of me and my siblings following our passions and dreams. For them, if you work hard at something, the rewards pay off."

It is worth noting that Raff made his debut in the 2021 feature film, Twist, and was recently seen in the Apple TV+ series, Masters of the Air.
