Perfect Addiction is a revenge love story intertwined with intense fight scenes. It is based on Claudia Tan's popular Wattpad novel of the same name. The film follows Sienna, a Mixed Martial Arts trainer who begins training an MMA fighter, Jax. In between their practice, they start falling in love with each other. Eventually, they move together, and Sinenna thinks this would be a perfect love story. But her entire life changes when she finds out Jax is cheating on her sister.
Sienna then meets Kayden, a rival of Jax, and promises to train him so that he can beat Jax in the game that brought them together. In that process, she ends up falling in love with him, who makes her realize her true potential.

What is the story of Sienna in Perfect Addiction?
Perfect Addiction starts with Sienna, who works as a trainer for a Mix Martial Arts Academy. She has always been a very strong fighter and works hard as a trainer for her mentor Julain's gym. She has a sister named Beth, who is not a fighter and keeps Sienna linked with feelings. They also had a friend named Brent, and the three were a happy trio.
She eventually meets an MMA fighter, Jax, who comes to the gym for training. Jax comes under Sienna for training, and soon they get along with each other. She trained him with all her skills to shape out the best of him. Sienna had always wanted to keep things completely professional, like a mentor and a trainee. But eventually, she begins to fall for Jax in between their intense fighting sessions every day.
Jax meets a car accident that injures his leg badly. It was very hard for Jax to start back and return to the ring. Jax wants to give up fighting, thinking he has lost his earlier ability. But Sienna stays with him throughout the bad days, helping him to get better every day. Jax finally gets back on his feet, and they eventually move in together.
Though Sienna had always been only dedicated to MMA, she began to feel things emotionally. She starts to feel that her life has been coming into a settling phase and imagines a future with Jax. But one day her life turns upside down.
One day, while returning home after buying things for Jax, she catches Jax cheating on her with her sister Beth. Her entire world starts crashing down, and all of the dreams seem to be a complete lie. This is where Sienne's complete transformation begins in Perfect Addiction.

After leaving Jax's apartment, Sienna has nowhere to go. She starts sneaking into the gym and sleeping on its couch. Sienna starts college back again but finds it very difficult to keep herself focused and sustain the expenses. Finally, she finds an opportunity to get shelter above her head when Brent mentions a guy who is renting a cheap apartment.
The guy lives in a basement, and though it feels unwilling, she has no other option to choose. Sienna finds a guy named Kayden, who rejects sharing the room with her. Though she persists, Kayden shuts the door. She goes to the gym, asking Julian if there are any clients to train, but he says the business has been going down lately. She also gets to know that Jax has left the gym and gone for underground fights that have more money and fewer rules.
Julian would rather let the business go off than shift to the underworld, fighting for money. But Sienna soon stumbles across an incoming underground fighting poster, where Jax is competing. She's shocked when she realizes that Jax's competitor is the guy who rejected her for sharing the room with Kayden.
When she attends the tournament, Jax stumbles across her and tries to make moves toward her. She rejects her and bets money on Kayden, whom she also finds to know as Brent's fiance. Ethan is Kauden's halfbrother. The fight ends with Kayden losing, although he was a good fighter. Jax has become too proud of his fighting skills, and Sienna wishes she could ever make him feel that everyone is beatable.
Sienna has lost her last $100 on the fight money and now has nowhere to go. She spends the night sleeping at the bus stop but then realizes she has a bigger purpose than to stop feeling bad for herself. She goes to the underground gym and offers Kayden to train him to be a better fighter. In the beginning, Kayden refuses her help, but when she says that she can help him beat Jax because she was the one who had trained him for three years, he agrees.
Sienna offers to train Kayden six days a week in exchange for him letting her share the room. He agrees, seeing it as a chance for him to finally win, and they start to share the room. Meanwhile, Sienna discovers that Beth and Jax are now dating, despite her warnings.
Sienna sets some ground rules to monitor Kayden's food, sleep, and exercise routine. When she visits Julian's gym, she learns there are no members, and Julian has gone broke. Julian urges Sienna to get back into fighting again, but she is hesitant to get back into it. She remembers how she once wanted to be a fighter herself, but Jaz recommended that she be better as a trainer.
As they start to train harder, they develop an interesting chemistry with each other. Julian is angry that Sienna is again developing feelings for her trainee, and it could make Kayden weak, considering how ruthless Jax has become.
Julian gives them one last chance, and as fight day approaches, the intensity of their training ramps up. In the process, Julian also sees how much potential Sienna has that has been ignored. At Brent's wedding on Perfect Addiction, Kayden and Jax get into a fight when he tells Sienna how Kayden had taken the life of his mother.
Kayden opens up to Sienna about his past, showing the tattoo on his hand. He was raised by his single mother, who died in an accident while driving to pick him up after he had been drinking at a party. Kayden gets badly injured by the fight but runs away after arguing with her. This puts a big crack in their relationship, but the day of the fight soon arrives.
Kayden is still injured but goes to the fight. In the first round, he gets heavily beaten by Jax and looks for Sienna around her. He realizes that even if he doesn't win the fight, he wants to stay with her forever. Kayden fights with all his will and pins down Jax. Sienna comes to the ring and hugs Kayden, but Jax wakes up and throws a kick toward Kayden. Sienna pushes him away, and the kick hits right on her face. Jax arrives at the hospital, apologizing and wanting to get back into the relationship. But she makes him discern that he never actually loved her but used her as a medium to get stronger. Kayden makes her realize that true love is selfless. She arrives at the apartment in the basement to find it all empty. This is when she realizes that all she did until now was just to get her revenge.
Sienna's relationship with Beth begins to mend after Beth's breakup with Jax. Sienna now begins to focus all her energy on putting herself back together and creating an identity of her own. She starts to train back in Julian's gym, which is getting more memberships with Kayden's win.
Weeks go by, and one day, Kayden arrives at Julian's gym while they are practicing. He apologizes to her for running away when she needs her the most. He finally confesses that he loves her and needs nothing back from it. Sienne forgives him, saying she too needed this time to fix her past wounds and find herself.
Kayden has stopped underground fighting and wishes to join the college with her to have a future. While Sienne finally puts her name in her first solo fighting match, this time wishing to become an MMA fighter for herself.
