Private Princess Christmas is a Christmas comedy-drama film directed by Paul Ziller. It will be released on Hallmark Channel on December 6, 2024. The film is about Princess Violet, more commonly called Vi, a directionless princess who takes every advantage of being a royal. Her disappointed mother, the Queen gives her an ultimatum to either prove herself at a boot camp in Colorado or lose the throne to her uncle.

At the camp, the princess and other cadets are put through rigorous tasks to check their leadership abilities, under the supervision of Captain Ryan Douglas. Private Princess Christmas has a talented cast that includes young and experienced actors. Ali Skovbye, Derek Klena, and Erica Durance play prominent roles in the film.

Erica Durance, who gained prominence for playing Lois Lane in Smallville is playing the Queen in the film. She decides to send Vi to a Boot Camp after being repeatedly disappointed by her.

Ali Skovbye is playing the role of Princess Violet, the spoiled princess, sent to a boot camp in Colorado to prove her leadership.

Ali Skovbye started working as a child artist in commercials and soon appeared in films and TV shows. She won a Joey Award for Campfire Kiss and was nominated for a Young Artist Award for One Christmas Eve. She has also been part of projects such as Breakthrough, Firefly Lane, His Perfect Obsession, Once Upon a Time, The Man in the High Castle, etc.

Derek Klena, the celebrated stage actor will be playing Ryan Douglas in the film. Ryan is a tough boot camp instructor assigned to train Princess Violet.
