Hallmark TV’s latest TV movie, The Heiress and the Handyman, is set to premiere on September 14, 2024. The movie, another romantic-comedy that presents a heartwarming narrative, has been directed by Marco Deufemia, and stars the likes of Jodie Sweetin, Corey Sevier, and Ann Pirvu, amongst a range of other Hallmark regulars.
The movie revolves around a former heiress who ends up losing her fortune and is forced to move to a rural farm. As she attempts to rebuild her life in the countryside, she falls in love with her neighbor, Bart Hudson, who she initially mistakes to be a professional handyman.
Featuring picturesque locations, some well-written comedy, and a heartwarming romance as its focus, The Heiress and the Handyman will premiere on September 14 on Hallmark TV, at 8 PM ET/ 7 PM CT.

1) Jodie Sweetin as June Waltshire
Jodie Sweetin stars in The Heiress and the Handyman as June Waltshire. Waltshire belongs to a royal family and inherits a huge fortune. However, bad financial decisions lead to the character having to rebuild her life.
In order to do so, Waltshire moves to a countryside and attempts to start from scratch. However, fate has other plans for the character as she eventually falls in love, and undergoes a heartwarming journey that completely transforms her life.
Sweetin has previously been seen in movies such as Full House and Fuller House, in addition to a range of Hallmark titles.
2) Corey Sevier as Bart Hudson
Corey Sevier plays the role of Bart Hudson, June’s new neighbor. The two eventually fall in love even as June initially mistakes Bart for a handyman. Instead, he turns out to be her neighbor, who still decides to help June with her new house and life.
Sevier as an actor is also a Hallmark regular. He has previously featured in multiple movies such as Immortals and Christmas Plus One. While Bart decides to help his new neighbor settle in, he also helps June compete at the county fair, which eventually leads to the two falling for each other.
3) Ann Pirvu as Nina Hudson
The talented Ann Pirvu is seen playing the third major role in the movie. Pirvu plays Nina Hudson, Bart’s sister who is initially seen skeptical of the two’s relationship. Nina is initially seen being offended by the fact that June mistakes her brother for a handyman.
However, she eventually strikes a friendship with June. The actor is another Hallmark regular, and has previously starred in multiple titles. This includes Workin’ Moms and Reign.
