Vanished Out of Sight is a thriller film written and directed by Carissa Stutzman. It will premiere on Lifetime on January 4, 2025, at 8 pm Eastern Time.

Also titled Blind River, the film follows a blind woman named Claire Lewis who is overly cautious and protective of her daughter, Briar. Her worst nightmare comes true when Briar goes missing on Christmas day, setting Claire on a journey through darkness to find her child.

Actress Annalise Basso plays Claire Moyer in the film. The cast also includes Steven Ogg, Jay Huguley, Tracy Campbell, Avalon Reign, and several other prominent actors.

Annalise Basso plays a young blind mother who is living the nightmare of finding her missing daughter. Basso kickstarted her acting career as a child artist when she appeared in films such as Bedtime Stories, Love Takes Wing, and Standing Up.

As a student, she took part in Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? in 2009, when she was just 10. As a teenager, she appeared in famous horror films including Oculus, Ouija: Origin of Evil, and Slender Man. Her other notable works came in television series such as Nikita, New Girl, Snowpiercer, etc.

2) Steven Ogg as Walker Donley

In Vanished Out of Sight, Steven Ogg as Walker Donley helps Claire in search of her daughter, as appears in the teaser for the film. Ogg is a Canadian actor best known for playing Trevor Philips in the video game Grand Theft Auto V.

Before playing Trevor, he had done prolific work on stage, films, and television, as an actor and voice actor. But he soon retired from acting in 2003, only to make a comeback in 2008. Since then, he has appeared in a number of popular projects such as The Walking Dead, Westworld, and Better Call Saul.

3) Jay Huguley as Hooper Miller

Jay Huguley will be seen as Hooper Miller in Vanished Out of Sight. However, there isn't much information about his character as of yet. Actor Jay is also a fellow The Walking Dead alumni and appeared in the show as David.

Huguley was trained at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, before professionally stepping in front of a camera, and was also a recognized model. He appeared in shows like Mad TV, The Norm Show, Walker, Texas Ranger, and Providence, in smaller roles.

He has been part of projects such as True Detective, The Young and the Restless, and 12 Years a Slave, among others.
