Venom: The Last Dance is a superhero film written and directed by Kelly Marcel. It centers on the Marvel Comics character, Venom, and is the third installment in the Venom trilogy, following Venom (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021). The film is produced by Matt Tolmach, Avi Arad, Hutch Parker, Amy Pascal, Tom Hardy, and Marcel.
Venom: The Last Dance is set to release theatrically in the United States on October 25, 2024. The film's synopsis, as per Rotten Tomatoes, reads:
"In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters, for the final film in the trilogy. Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie's last dance."

1) Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock / Venom
Tom Hardy plays the investigative reporter Eddie Brock and Venom, the sentient alien symbiote that fuses with Eddie, giving him enhanced super-human powers.
Tom's most memorable film role is 'Mad' Max Rockatansky in George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road. The English actor has worked with Christopher Nolan thrice in The Dark Knight Rises, Inception, and Dunkirk. Furthermore, his performance as John S. Fitzgerald in The Revenant earned him an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 2016.
On television, Hardy has played Alfie Solomons in Peaky Blinders, Freddie in The Take, Bill Sikes in Oliver Twist, and John Janovec in Band of Brothers.
2) Chiwetel Ejiofor as Rex Strickland
In Venom: The Last Dance, Chiwetel Ejiofor plays the soldier Rex Strickland. He is on the hunt for Venom and closely monitors Eddie.
The acclaimed British actor has starred in hit films like Love Actually, 12 Years a Slave, The Martian, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, American Gangster, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, to name a few.
His television roles include playing Faraday in the sci-fi series The Man Who Fell to Earth and Jonah Gabriel in the BBC two miniseries The Shadow Line.
3) Juno Temple as Dr. Teddy Payne / Agony
Juno Temple plays Dr. Teddy Payne, a scientist looking for Eddie and Venom. Later in the film, she becomes the host of a purple-colored symbiote called Agony.
Juno has acted in films like Notes on a Scandal, Atonement, and The Dark Knight Rises. Her other film roles include The Other Boleyn Girl, The Three Musketeers, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, and Unsane.
She is best known to television audiences as Keeley Jones from Ted Lasso, Dorothy 'Dot' Lyon / Nadine Bump from Fargo, and Veronica Newell from Dirty John.
4) Rhys Ifans as Martin Moon
In the film, Rhys Ifans plays Martin Moon, a hippie and alien enthusiast.
The Welsh actor has played Xenophilius Lovegood in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, Grigori Rasputin in The King's Man, and Dr. Curt Connors / Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man and Spider-Man: No Way Home.
His television credits include playing Otto Hightower in HBO's House of the Dragon, Hector DeJean in the spy thriller Berlin Station, and Mycroft Holmes in the procedural drama Elementary.
5) Stephen Graham as Patrick Mulligan / Toxin
Stephen Graham plays a former police detective, Patrick Mulligan, who turns into Toxin after getting infected by the symbiote.
Among Graham's popular television roles are Al Capone in HBO's Boardwalk Empire, Hayden Stagg in Peaky Blinders, and Eric McNally in the BBC drama Time. He has also played DI Roy Carver in Code 404 and Elias Mannix in Bodies.
Furthermore, the SAG award winner has acted in films like Gangs of New York, The Irishman, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and Rocketman.
6) Andy Serkis as Knull
In the movie, Andy Serkis stars as Venom's greatest enemy, Knull. Knull is known as the ancient god of darkness and void and is the creator of the symbiotes.
Andy has worked extensively in motion capture roles throughout his decades-long career. His first motion capture role was Gollum in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.
He has also provided voice and motion capture for King Kong in Peter Jackson's 2005 film, Caesar in the Planet of the Apes reboot film series (2011-2017), and Snoke in the Star Wars sequel trilogy.
