This month, the Venom saga is going to come to an end as Venom: The Last Dance will be hitting theaters next week. Directed by Kelly Marcel and starring Tom Hardy, the movie will focus on Eddie Brock/Venom as they are on the run from forces that originate from both their worlds, but in the process, they learn that even a bigger evil is coming from them.
With Venom: The Last Dance being the culmination of the film series that began in 2018, fanfare for the film is certainly a bit high. This will also be the fifth film in Sony's Spider-Man Universe of Marvel Characters. So, if you're waiting for Venom: The Last Dance, you will be glad to know that the film will be released exclusively in theaters everywhere on October 25, 2024.

The third installment in the Venom saga was greenlit following the release of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and it was also said to be the final installment in the series. It was originally given a release date of July 12, 2024. The film began shooting in June last year; however, it was also affected by the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strikes, which made Sony delay the film further.
Following the end of the strikes in November 2023, the film resumed production and was then scheduled to release on November 8, 2024. However, later on, the film was moved back down to October 25, 2024, which also made its release date take place before Kraven the Hunter's, which was originally set to come out before Venom: The Last Dance.

What is Venom: The Last Dance about?
Venom: The Last Dance is the third film in the Venom saga. It will be a sequel to 2018's Venom and 2021's Venom: The Last Dance. While Andy Serkis won't be returning to direct this film, Kelly Marcel will be taking over here and also making her directorial debut. She was also involved in the scriptwriting process and wrote the first two films in the series.
The third Venom film will also be the fifth overall film in Sony's Spider-Man Universe of Marvel Characters and will be following the first two Venom films, Morbius, and Madame Web. The movie will then be followed by Kraven the Hunter.
In the film, Eddie and Venom will be on the run as an alien invasion from the symbiotes takes place around the same time as well. With Venom's home having found Earth, the two soon realize that the King of Symbiotes, Knull, wants something to do with them.
