Florence Pugh is one of Hollywood's biggest stars today and is one of the leading cast members of We Live in Time. Born in Oxford, England, Pugh made her screen debut in 2014 with The Falling. Her breakout role came soon after when she starred in the titular role of 2016's Lady Macbeth, which won her a British Independent Film Award.

Since then, Florence Pugh has appeared in several critically acclaimed movies and shows like the Oscar-nominated Little Women, the horror drama Midsommar, the thriller Don't Worry Darling, and The Wonder. She is also a part of the MCU, starring as Yelena Belova, aka the White Widow. Pugh has also voiced Goldilocks in the animated film Puss in Boots: The Last Wish and portrayed Jean Tatlock in Oppenheimer (2023) and Princess Irulan in Dune: Part Two (2024).

In We Live in Time, Pugh stars as the ambitious and skilled chef Almut, who is a pragmatic but sweet-hearted young woman who finds herself in an unlikely romance with Tobias after a chance encounter. Almut is soon diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and her health concerns are a major part of the film. He is now best known for his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the Amazing Spider-Man films (including Spider-Man: No Way Home). Andrew Garfield's roles in Hacksaw Ridge and Tick, Tick... Boom! have earned him Oscar nominations for his performances.
