According to the 41-year-old, her child arrived early at 4:41 am on May 17. She wrote on her Instagram caption, along with pictures of the family of three during the birth:

"Truly the most insane experience of my life, with the best ending. Noa Mimi Tikhman being nothing like her mother who is always late, arrived two weeks early at 4:41am on May 17th. Being totally unbiased I would say she's perfect and super advanced already, and might be the first person I've met who prefers me to Simon."

Erin Foster tied the knot with businessman Simon Tikhman on December 31, 2019, in Nashville, Tennessee. The producer and Tikhman reportedly met through mutual friends in Los Angeles, and he first contacted her through Instagram on August 18, 2018.

The pair announced the arrival of their first child, Noa, on Sunday. She was born in the early hours of Friday, and Erin posted photos of the home birth, along with the caption, quipping:

"Gave birth to her au naturale in our bed like a beast, but also would have taken heroine in the moment if someone offered. Simon would like everyone to know he’s a warrior too❤️"

The Instagram post had a series of professional shots in a carousel from her daughter's birthday. The pictures showcased Erin Foster working through contractions in the birthing pool with her husband's support.

She also sat on a labor on an exercise ball, while the next photo showed Simon pouring wine into a glass as he smiled.
