Machine Gun Kelly makes a hilarious guest appearance in the film as a version of himself. He is mentioned once in the early parts of the movie when one of the film's characters says that 'Machine Gun Kelly has a panic room' to Awkwafina's character Katie.

Later in the film, when Katie and Noel, played by John Cena, are running from murderous civilians to escape the curse of winning the lottery, Katie remembers the panic room at Machine Gun Kelly's house.

They reach his mansion and are greeted by a confused Machine Gun Kelly himself. Katie and Noel try to convince him to let him in, but when the conventional method fails, they decide to use force. Kelly was no match for Cena's muscles, and the duo managed to get inside the panic room. They use a wasp gun to pass the rapper out, so he wouldn't be able to tell the passcode to lottery seekers.

However, that doesn't work. Katie's crazy AirBnB host Shadi, played by Ayden Mayeri, slaps Kelly into consciousness and extracts the passcode by threatening him.

In an interview with TheWrap published on August 15, 2024, Paul Feig revealed that he wanted to surprise the audience with the scene and didn't initially expect Machine Gun Kelly to be in it. He also said that the rapper was looking for something to make fun of himself and loved doing the part.

As another Great Depression hits the country in 2026, everyone is desperate to change their lives, and the lottery provides a perfect opportunity. However, once you win the Jackpot!, you must save yourself from being killed in the crazy city of Los Angeles till sundown.

The film opens with a cameo by Seann William Scott, who plays the day's lottery winner, running away from potential killers. He hides inside a seemingly harmless grandma's house, but she eventually kills him, winning $22 million for murder.

In another scene, where Awkwafina's character is running away from attackers, she tries to get inside a wax museum. The museum's guard is played by The Office's Leslie David Baker. Sam Ashgari also makes an appearance as a Senior Agent of a protection agency run by Simu Liu's Louis Lewis.

In the climax of Jackpot!, there's a short scene of comedian Bobby Lee, playing himself in an Instagram reel. He appears to be one of the fans of Katie, following her through the eventful day.
