The latest true crime documentary on Prime Video, ChiefsAholic: A Wolf in Chiefs Clothing, chronicles the crimes of the popular superfan Xavier Babudar, who was also living a life of crime as an armed robber. The Kansas City resident's crimes started in March 2022, with a robbery in Oklahoma. He was arrested on December 16, 2022, but was released on bond in February 2023.

On the day of his arrest, he had robbed the Tulsa Teachers Credit Union in Bixby, Oklahoma, and had held its employee Payton Garcia at gunpoint, threatening to kill her if she refused to obey. He demanded that she give him 'the 100s' from the vault. Garcia did as told, not knowing that the gun that Babudar had pointed at her was a fake.

The 2022 incident left Garcia deeply traumatized. Soon after the robbery, she quit her job at the bank. Though the news of Babudar getting caught came as a relief, the incident left a deep mark on her life, affecting her relationship with others. Garcia appears in ChiefsAholic: A Wolf in Chiefs Clothing to share her story and what she thinks of Xavier Babudar's crime.

Garcia had worked at Tulsa Teachers Credit Union as a Certified Credit Union Advisor for nearly five years. After quitting her job, she earned a Real Estate Licence from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and entered the real estate industry. This year, in April, she became a Realtor Associate at Keller Williams Realty Preferred.

Payton Garcia has been married to her longtime partner, Danny Garcia, since June 2017. The couple has two kids, a son and a daughter, and the family lives together in Oklahoma.
