Juror #2, an American legal thriller film, was released in theaters across the United States on November 1, 2024. What is the movie about?
Juror #2 presents Nicholas Hoult as Justin Kemp, a journalist and recovering alcoholic called to jury duty for the case involving Kendall Carter's death. While the job seems simple at first, it becomes increasingly complicated as more layers of the case unravel.
In the initial phases of the trial, Justin realizes that he may be responsible for Kendall's death after hitting something/someone with his car the night of the incident.
This realization means Kendall's partner, James Sythe, who faced immediate repercussions after the incident, is being wrongfully accused of Justin's actions. The film's narrative explores the struggles Justin faces as he grapples with the choice between doing what is right and what is wrong.

"Juror #2” follows family man Justin Kemp (Hoult) who, while serving as a juror in a high profile murder trial, finds himself struggling with a serious moral dilemma…one he could use to sway the jury verdict and potentially convict—or free—the accused killer."
