42 Dugg ‘4eva Us, Neva Them’ tour 2024 is scheduled to be held from September 29, 2024, to December 8, 2024, in venues across the mainland United States. The rapper will be joined by Yungeen Ace, Cartier, Audi, Money, and Chicken. P during the tour.

42 Dugg released his debut album, 4eva Us Neva Them, on July 3, 2024. The album has so far charted at number 78 on the Billboard 200 album chart. The rapper spoke about the new album in an exclusive interview with Billboard that was published on July 22, 2024, stating in response to the question of what his mindset was behind the new album:
"I just wanted to show the people the growth of what type of headspace I’m in, and what I’ve been through and how far along I’ve come. I wanted it to reflect in my music and I feel like I put a good group of songs together. My beat selection was on point."
The rapper later elaborated on the definition of success for the album:
"The streets, man! If one out of three cars playing it, you got it. I ain’t gon’ lie, I see a lot of albums doing good, but I don’t hear them. This the first place we been, but in Detroit every other car you hearing that s–t. You go in the club, they playing it. Everybody I see, “Congrats on the album, man.” I’m like, “Yeah, this b–ch going crazy.”
42 Dugg's previous releases include five mixtapes and two compilation albums. Of the mixtapes, the last one, Last Ones Left, was particularly successful. In collaboration with EST Gee, the mixtape charted number 7 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
