The artist made his breakthrough with the album Stoney in 2016, and over the years, he has worked with several high-profile artists, such as Kanye West for Fade and Justin Bieber for Forever. 1) Fade by Kanye West 2016

Post Malone contributed to the songwriting for Kanye West's track Fade, from the album The Life of Pablo. Fade was first played at the Yeezy Season 2 show in September 2015. It was later released as the third single of The Life of Pablo. The hip-hop hit, samples tracks like Mr. Fingers' Mystery of Love and Barbara Tucker's I Get Lifted (The Underground Network Mix). It went on to earn double platinum certifications in the US and UK by the Recording Industry Association of America and the British Phonographic Industry.

2) Forever by Justin Bieber (2020)

Post Malone's collaboration with Justin Bieber on the song Forever was featured on the latter's 2020 album, Changes. Malone co-wrote the track with Bieber, Clever, Poo Bear, and other collaborators. The trap song was praised for its composition and lyrics. Billboard critic Taylor Weatherby described it as "one of the most distinctive tracks" on Changes.

3) I Did It by DJ Khaled (2021)

Post Malone shares writing credits on DJ Khaled's 2021 song I Did It. The track features stars like Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, DaBaby, and Post Malone. The song came out as part of Khaled's twelfth studio album, Khaled Khaled. It samples Derek and the Dominos' Layla. The star-studded song received gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.

4) Tommy Lee by Tyla Yahweh (2020)

In 2020, rapper Tyla Yahweh and Post Malone created Tommy Lee. The track was named after heavy metal band Mötley Crüe’s drummer Tommy Lee. Malone pays homage to the drummer and sings:

"Pull up with the drum like I'm Tommy Lee / Yaweh got a stick, came to rock with me

Interestingly, an alternate version of the song was released a month later with Tommy Lee himself playing the drums. This song was Yahweh's first entry on the Billboard Hot 100, having peaked at No. 65.

5) Dial Drunk by Noah Kahan (2023)

Dial Drunk is a country rock number by singer-songwriter Noah Kahan. It first came out on June 9, 2023. Its duet version, which featured Post Malone, was released a month later.

In a press statement, Kahan said that he was excited and shocked when Post Malone expressed his desire to collaborate on the song. Kahan recalled:

"I have been listening to Post Malone since "White Iverson" dropped, even covering "Congratulations" right when my career was beginning. It feels like a full circle moment, and it has been a dream come true to make this collaboration happen."

Malone came out with F-1 Trillion on August 16, 2024. The album features collaborations with prominent artists like Tim McGraw, Hank Williams Jr., Morgan Wallen, Blake Shelton, Dolly Parton, and more.
