A complete list of LA wildfire music benefit concerts and events explored

As the LA wildfires continue to blaze across the city, several organizations and music artists have stepped up to support financial aid causes that benefit victims of the devastation.

According to the NY Times, forecasts of strong winds are expected which many believe will bring "extreme wildfire danger" to South California this week. As local authorities and firefighters continue to battle the flames, the destruction has already destroyed thousands of homes and left 27 people dead.


From FireAid to Metal Gala: Major LA wildfire benefit concerts and events scheduled this month

To help with the growing desperation from LA citizens, fundraisers, and MusiCare events are being organized and are being set up across the United States and in California.

With proceeds from these events being distributed to victims of the devastation, fans are being urged to support the cause across social media. Below is a growing list of events and benefit concerts being set up to provide for victims and those impacted by the LA wildfires.


1) FireAid Benefit Concert

FireAid Benefit Concert is scheduled to take place on January 30, 2025, and will be held simultaneously at two locations, namely The Intuit Dome and The Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

The current line-up of artists set to perform at the Kia Forum for the FireAid Benefit Concert has been listed below:

  2. Dave Matthews & John Mayer
  3. Earth, Wind & Fire
  4. Gracie Abrams
  5. Green Day
  6. Gwen Stefani
  7. Jelly Roll
  8. Joni Mitchell
  9. Katy Perry

The current line-up of artists set to perform at the Intuit Dome for the FireAid Benefit Concert has been listed below:

  1. Lady Gaga
  2. Lil Baby
  3. P!NK
  4. Red Hot Chili Peppers
  5. Rod Stewart
  6. Stephen Stills
  7. Stevie Nicks
  8. Sting
  9. Tate Mcrae

Tickets for the event will be sold on Ticketmaster and scheduled to go live on January 22, at noon (PDT).


2) For Los Angeles Concerts

American actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse has reportedly announced his intention to host one of two "For Los Angeles" shows, set up to support the efforts of those battling the LA wildfires and victims of the devastation.

For Los Angeles: Troubadour

The first of the two "For Los Angeles" shows will be held on January 22, 2025, at West Hollywood's Troubadour.

All funds and proceeds from this concert will be directed to victims of the LA wildfires. The complete list of artists set to perform at the "For Los Angeles: Troubadour" are listed below:

  3. Local Natives
  4. Lydia Night
  5. Madison Cunningham
  6. Medium Build
  7. Olivia O’brien
  8. Phantom Planet
  9. Winnetka Bowling League and Very Special Guests!

Interested fans wishing to attend the Troubadour benefit concert can visit For Los Angeles' link tree on social media to purchase tickets, starting at $100, for the all-ages benefit concert.

For Los Angeles: Lodge Room

The second "For Los Angeles" show will be held on January 28, 2025, at LA's The Lodge Room.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the California Community Foundation Wildlife Recovery Fund and the Pasadena Community Foundation, which will support the rebuilding and rehabilitation efforts of those affected by the LA wildfires.

  5. Zinadelphia

3) 9th Annual Metal Hall of Fame Gala

Metal Hall of Fame is hosting their ninth annual Gala to raise funds for those affected by the LA wildfires. The benefit concert will be held on January 22, 2025, in Anaheim, California, at the Grand Theater.

The complete line-up of artists set to perform at the Grand Theater has been listed below:

  1. Poison drummer Rikki Rockett
  2. Kill Devil Hill
  3. Chris Poland and Jeff Young (formerly of Megadeth)
  4. Alibis
  5. Wicked

4) NY for LA

Singer-songwriter JP Saxe is putting together a musical community show on January 22, 2025, in New York at the Bowery Ballroom.

The event is being set up in the wake of the LA wildfires, with it originally supposed to be a release party for his upcoming single Safe. Regarding the upcoming NY for LA event, JP Saxe stated:

"[NY for LA] is a benefit show now. Wtf is the point of a song about the way I wanna make the people I love feel safe if we don’t actually do some sh*t.”

5) I Love L.A.: New York City Bands for L.A. Fire Relief

Another major event taking place on the East Coast is the "I Love L.A." concert where three New York clubs will be setting up a three-day benefit festival to support those affected by the LA wildfires.

Scheduled to take place from January 27 to January 29, in New York, the event will be held at the following three locations:

  • Bowery Electric
  • Heaven Can Wait
  • Berlin

Other major benefit concerts and events scheduled to take place this month include the "L.A. Fires Benefit Show" on January 26, "L.A. Gives Back: Fire Relief" on January 29, and "Deorro & Friends" on January 30, 2025.
