Amid all his legal troubles, a recent report from Rolling Stones magazine has raised concerns over Diddy's past with a series of "abuse allegations" being brought forward by former girlfriends, label employees, artists, and people within his circle who claim to reveal the rapper as being a violent individual.

The initial lawsuit was issued to Sean "Diddy" Combs by his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who alleges she suffered from traumatic, violent experiences at the hands of the rapper throughout their relationship.

The lawsuit alleged that Cassie suffered a form of PTSD, citing Sean's BET Lifetime Achievement Award speech for being a threatening reminder of the "dark times" she faced while in a relationship with the Bad Boy Mogul.

"I gotta give a special thank you to the people that was really there for me. Cassie, for holding me down in the dark times. Love," Sean states during his speech.

Although Cassie's lawsuit was said to have been settled outside the court for an unknown amount, the result was that Sean was then subjected to several claims and lawsuits alleging violent relationships with the rapper.

The report dives deeper into Sean's history by conducting personal interviews with several people within the rapper's close circle. Rolling Stones states they reached out to more than 300 people for an exclusive, out of which over 50 were willing to speak about their various experiences.

A report documenting Diddy's past violent actions

With several personal accounts from the report alleging a history of abuse and violence, some dating back to the 90s, Diddy's public image has taken a serious hit. The seriousness of receiving several lawsuits over the course of six months has resulted in the internet banding together in pursuit of the truth.

The allegations include Diddy (Puff) dangling one of Cassie's friends on the ledge of a 17th-floor hotel balcony back in 2015, during Ventura's birthday, Sean supposedly being involved in having Kid Cudi's car blown up, even claims that support rumors of Comb's being the man behind Tupac's murder have surfaced.

While these allegations are serious, this list will focus on confirmed claims of violence or abuse that individuals have suffered at the hands of Sean "Diddy" Combs.

1) Puff beats up Steve Stoute in 1998

Combs was convicted for assaulting American record executive Steve Stout with a phone, chair, and champagne bottle, seemingly for being depicted as Jesus during his crucifixion in Nas's music video for Hate Me Now.

The arrest resulted in Sean being served a court-ordered mandate to attend therapy sessions for anger management. The report also recounts Stout's statements regarding the incident during an interview with The L.A Times, where the record executive said:

"He punched me in the face, and then he grabbed the phone and bashed me in the head with it"

2) Sean is tried for illegal possession of a concealed weapon after a club shoot-out in 1999

While out partying at a club with former girlfriend Jennifer Lopez, Sean got into an altercation with a man, which later escalated to the point where one of Bad Boy's signees, Shyne, fired two shots into the club, resulting in three civilians getting injured. Shyne was later sentenced to 10 years in prison over assault charges.

Not long after fleeing the scene, Diddy was apprehended by the police and arrested for illegal possession of a concealed weapon before eventually being acquitted and released.

As per Rolling Stones, one of the victims, Natania Reuben, has been "adamant" about Sean Combs being the one who fired a bullet through her nose.

3) Diddy fights with Kenny Burns during the 2011 BET after-party

During the after-party for the 2011 BET Award show, Sean Combs supposedly got into an altercation with television host Kenny Burns over vodka brands. XXL cites how Combs, while on stage, got upset with Kenny for endorsing Grey Goose instead of his Ciroc vodka brand.

Puff then seemed to throw an object in Kenny's direction, leading to T.I. getting on the mic to defuse the situation, asking everyone to "drink whatever they want".

4) Combs attacked a UCLA Football Coach in 2015

Combs reportedly attacked his son, Justin Combs, an assistant football coach at the University of California Los Angeles. The report cites how Sean went to the coach's office in June 2015 to confront Sal Alosi over being too aggressive with Justin during practice.

The altercation resulted in Diddy reportedly beating up Sal with a kettlebell before being arrested for assault the same day. The rapper was acquitted of all criminal charges in September 2015.

Diddy is currently facing seven individual lawsuits that allege s*xual assault, violent tendencies, and s*xual coercion, all of which have been filed over the past six months.

Rolling Stones reached out to Puff's legal team for a statement regarding the allegations that surfaced during their investigation, to which Sean's lawyer, Jonathan Davis, stated:

"Mr Combs cannot comment on settled litigation, will not comment on pending litigation, and cannot address every allegation picked up by the press from any source, no matter how unreliable"

The lawsuits cite serious abuse allegations, which also include claims of forcibly being taken advantage of. The most recent filing was by April Lampros, who claims Diddy drugged and assaulted her multiple times while she attended college at NYC's Fashion Institute of Technology in the 90s.
