“All this because a man rapped Kendrick’s song”— Internet reacts as Akademiks alleges LeBron James of cheating on his wife with Drake’s help

In a recent live stream, DJ Akademiks alleged that LeBron James cheated on his wife and Drake helped him do so. In the video of Akademiks' live stream, posted by X user @FearedBuck on January 11, 2025, the podcaster addressed LeBron James and said that he talked to enough people, adding that maybe Drizzy will keep teasing it but he wants to share what he heard.

"Yo LeBron, you and Drake used to go on two-mans ok? You've been cheating on your God damned wife. Drake used to facilitate the ho*s and basically, essentially you can't dance to a song about him being a pedophile. He used to supply you with the bitches, I'm sorry my n***a."

In his allegation, Akademiks referred to the time LeBron James was seen dancing to Drizzy's opponent Kendrick Lamar's Not Like Us at a club, in addition to which LeBron also attended Lamar's Pop Out concert on Juneteenth. Recently, the NBA player was seen rapping to TV Off, a track from Kendrick Lamar's latest album GNX.

Netizens quickly took to X to express their opinions on Akademiks' allegations against LeBron James.

In his live stream levying allegations against LeBron James and claiming he cheated on his wife, DJ Akademiks mentioned:

"If I'm Drake I'll snitch on you too. Sorry buddy you can't do that. No. You've been living a lie, and everybody been thinking you're this perfect guy. "

Akademiks continued:

"But when you come to Canada, I know some of the wh*res. When you come to Canada you come to certain places. 'I'm supplying you with the white women you love. You don't even like Black chicks, white women. I'm the guy.'"

Additionally, Akademisk said that LeBron and Drake "all like the same smuts," adding that the NBA player should have stayed out of the feud between Lamar and Drizzy.

While there is no proof or confirmation to the claims Akademiks has made against LeBron James, which are being classified as rumors, it is speculated the podcaster mentioned the same after Chris Blake Griffith shared an alleged DM from Drake commenting on the NBA player.

On January 7, 2025, Chris Blake Griffith shared a DM on his story claiming that it was a conversation with Drizzy, wherein the rapper compared his legal woes with UMG to LeBron's marital life. The DM reportedly read:

"Me and Universal is like if Nike was funding a campaign about LeBron cheating on his wife."

However, on January 8, 2025, DJ Akademiks tweeted that Griffith's screenshot was fake and that the source of his information was Drizzy himself.
