However, on December 12, 2024, X user @scubaryan_ posted a screenshot wherein Blunts' alleged girlfriend responded to a question about whether she was serious with the rapper.

Apart from Dave Blunts' alleged girlfriend Isabella joining him on stage during his performance at JUICE WRLD DAY on November 30, 2024, the rapper wearing an oxygen tank and performing while seated became a topic of discussion among fans.

According to a report by Daily Mail dated December 6, 2024, the rapper is estimated to weigh 500 pounds and has confessed to drinking lean- an illegal concoction of cough syrup, candy, and soda having a sedative effect for the last seven years.

The report stated that Dave Blunts mentioned in an interview that he struggles to walk up staircases and that he has been repeatedly hospitalized with conditions like asthma.

During his appearance on the No Jumper podcast on June 26, 2024, Blunts addressed his health and mentioned that while he has always been "bigger", his exercise and diet habits have contributed to his current condition, citing that he has done it to himself.

Commenting on the same, Blunts told the podcast:

"It's something that I struggle with yeah, but I'm working on it you know what I'm saying. Hopefully after this album drops you know I can sign a deal and then I'll have the money to get a personal trainer you know what I'm saying, all that s***."

Dr Fischer said that the rapper is looking at the possibility of a premature death and that:
