Yesterday Drake officially unveiled a new website titled "100 Gigs For Your Headtop" which was reportedly announced on his burner Instagram account (@plottttwistttttt). The new website contains unreleased pictures, videos, studio sessions, demo music, and more.
One of the more interesting pieces of content uploaded to 100 Gigs were alternate cover art images that Drake had initially planned to use for some of his recent albums, like Certified Lover Boy and For All The Dogs.
As per the images on Drake's new website, the CLB album cover art, which features 12 pregnant emojis, seemed initially headed in a more NSFW direction.
The image uploaded finds Drake peering into a studio filled with women playing instruments, dancing, and seated around the recreational area. The scrapped artwork appears to have been hand drawn, including a drawing of the rapper in the forefront of the cover art.
While it's true artists across genres have included NSFW and risque images as part of their cover art and promotional images the artwork Drake and his team had come up with during the making of CLB may have been too suggestive, given he replaced the hand-drawn artwork for pregnant emoji's instead.
Also included on the new website was the unreleased cover for his 2020 mixtape Dark Lane Demo Tapes, which, as per the artwork, was initially supposed to be titled Care Package 2.
100 Gigs For Your Headtop also includes videos of Drake and Rihanna rehearsing their live set for Take Care, Adonis being introduced to an arena stage, Drake and OVO 40 working on music from 2009, and more.
A Track-by-Track review of Drake’s unreleased records uploaded to 100 Gigs For Your Headtop
Amongst the content uploaded to 100 Gigs, Drake included three new tracks from old recording sessions with features from Young Thug, 21 Savage, and Latto.
Although clips of scrapped versions of songs and demo recordings are strewn across footage available on the website, these three records appear to be the only full-length audio files included in Drake's 100 GB data dump.
Elements of R&B, pop, hip-hop, and alternative house fuel the composition of these tracks. Nicaraguan DJ and producer Diamante, also known as Gordo, who worked with Drake in Honestly, Nevermind is credited as a producer on Housekeeping Knows (Feat. Latto). Notable themes these records appear to delve into include:
- Status
- Luxury
- Wealth
- Success
- Loyalty
- Brotherhood
- Violence
- Gang Affiliations
- Love
- Relationships
- Intimacy
- Excess

IT'S UP (Feat. Young Thug x 21 Savage)
(Production Credits: London Cyr, Ben10k, Elyas, and Tom Levesque)
Drake opens on IT'S UP by introducing themes of brotherhood and loyalty before Thug delivers the only hook on the track, diving into more intimate themes like relationships, love, and philandering.
Drake and 21 Savage deliver hyper-animated aggressive vocal performances filled with hard bars speaking out against their "opps" while highlighting their status and luxurious lifestyle, with Drake also reflecting on Thug's ongoing YSL trail.
Savage's verse had initially gone viral after the track dropped on 100 Gigs with many believing the Atlanta rapper was dissing Kendrick Lamar, but was later disputed by 21's management team.
"My opps together, but I don't discriminate, I got 'em both hit / Them n----s be lyin', they n----s be dyin' and they'll never post s--t / No rap cap come out my mouth / Made a couple songs, think he hot now / Hit his a-- up, he think he Pac now / Broad day, like he got shot down / Chopper bullets make his a-- hop 'round" - 21 Savage raps on 'Its Up'.
BLUE GREEN RED
(Production Credits: Boi-1da, SMPLGTWY, and 40)
Drake then delivers a solo record titled BLUE GREEN RED where he adopts sonic elements, vocal delivery styles, and drum sequences inspired by afro-trap music. The track primarily revolves around success, wealth, and luxury.
A major theme in this song finds Drake highlighting multiple instances where he had to cut people out of his life since they only stuck by him for the money and fame. Interestingly, he also references different ethnic groups of people hailing from Ethiopia, expressing a desire for their beauty in the track's third verse, when he sings,
"Oromo girls, Tigray girls, all of my Amhara girls / Habesha gyal, you're my kind, my kind / You wanna take some shots in the night time? Run treadmill dey inna di Goodlife? You wanna work up a sweat in our lifetime? Okay, okay"
HOUSEKEEPING KNOWS (Feat. Latto)
(Production Credits: Gordo, LIOHN, and Klahr)
Drake teams up with Latto for the Gordo-produced, fast-paced "EDM x Trap" record titled HOUSEKEEPING KNOWS. A teaser music video was uploaded on Drake's burner Instagram account, featuring the Atlanta rapper performing her verse while riding a horse.
The track majorly revolves around sensual themes of love, physical intimacy, luxury, lifestyle, and success. Latto's verse is extremely well performed with a memorable cadence and enticing bars, which include lines like,
"I done had too many drinks to hop behind the wheel (Skrt) / Crocodile Birkin and I'm carryin' concealed (Boo-boo-boom) / Know you see it pokin' out, I never miss no meals / Ride (Ride), ride (Ride), ride (Ride), ride (Ride) / Ride it like Big Mama where you better have some skills / Attitude on Clay-co but my a-- is on Brazil, Latto givin' chills"
Although many believe Drake to have released his 100 GB data dump to take attention away from his recent beef with Kendrick Lamar, fans of the Canadian rapper were thrilled to receive exclusive behind-the-scenes footage.
Some clips included showcase Drake's most popular albums being conceptualized and created.
