The Eagles' extended Sphere Residency Show 2024 is scheduled to be held from November 1, 2024, to December 14, 2024, at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada. These shows will be held after the previous shows were announced for September and October 2024.
The pre-sale for the residency will be held on July 9, 2024. The registration for said presale is currently ongoing at the official website of the band. The public ticket release will take place after the presale on July 11, 2024. Tickets can be purchased by following the instructions on the aforementioned official website. All previously announced shows are already sold out.
The Eagles announced the new extended shows on June 26, 2024, via a post on their official Instagram page. They said that the shows were added due to the overwhelming demand experienced in the previous announcements.

The Eagles are set to become the fourth band to perform at the unique Sphere venue after U2, Phish, and Dead & Company. The upcoming residency is part of their Long Goodbye Tour, which began in 2023 and is expected to continue through 2025. Ahead of the Sphere performance, the band is set to perform at the Libbey Bowl in Ojai, California on July 27, 2024.
The band announced the final tour on July 6, 2023, and stated that they would try to bring the tour to as many fans of the band as possible.
“The Eagles have had a miraculous 52-year odyssey, performing for people all over the globe; keeping the music alive in the face of tragic losses, upheavals and setbacks of many kinds...Our long run has lasted far longer than any of us ever dreamed. But, everything has its time, and the time has come for us to close the circle."
The announcement continued:
"The official farewell tour is currently in the planning stages. We want to give all our fans a chance to see us on this final round...The difficulties of booking venues for multiple nights may require us to return to certain cities, depending on demand. But, we hope to see as many of you as we can, before we finish up."
Since then, the band has performed across North America in late 2023 and early 2024, followed by a UK and Europe leg that wrapped on June 15, 2024, with a show at the Gelre Dome in the Netherlands.
The tour has featured several supporting performances from the likes of The Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Steve Miller Band, Michael McDonald, Tedeschi Truck Band as well as Vince Grill, Tom Cochrane, Gentle Giant, Yes, and Sheryl Crow, among others.
Out of these supporting artists and acts, Steely Dan has remained the most prominent supporting act with performances on over 27 of the tour dates, followed by the Doobie Brothers and so on. The tour was preceded by the band's Hotel California tour, which commemorated the 45th anniversary of the titular album with shows from 2020 to 2023.
