On November 4, 2024, American rapper Lord Jamar made an appearance on the YouTube channel of The Art of Dialogue wherein he called out Barack Obama for inviting Eminem to speak at a rally. The rally was held in Detroit on October 22, 2024, to support Kamal Harris for the upcoming elections.
Commenting on rappers like Cardi B and Eminem making appearances at Kamala Harris' rally, Lord Jamar stated:
"I know I've gotten flack in the past but just real quick, we're just talking about the backgrounds of these rappers like you know what I mean. Eminem somebody who is known to you know talk about pharmaceutical drugs that you know that he messes with them hard... he was just doing, saying a lot of crazy stuff in his lyrics."
The Art of Dialogue posted a snippet of Jamar commenting on Eminem which garnered a lot of attention from netizens who took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their opinions on the same. Referring to Eminem's long-standing rivalry with Jamar, an X user tweeted:
"Em buried Jamar years ago. We don't care what that bum has to say"
"Jamar’s hate boner for Eminem needs to be studied. He’s so jealous that Barack will never dab him up like he did Eminem or ever sing his lyrics. Just old and bitter" an X user stated
"Everyone just call him “ Jamar “ dudes a certified 🤡 "another X user mentioned
"He is obsessed with Eminem and that hate is pathetic" an internet user commented

"There was never no beef on my side"- Lord Jamar comments on feud with Eminem
According to NME dated February 2020, Lord Jamar's feud with Eminem started after the rapper called the latter out in multiple interviews. Eminem responded to Jamar's comments via his track Fall in 2018.
However, Jamar did not comment on Eminem for some time till he made an appearance on MRectv's Backstories podcast in December 2022, wherein he revised his stance on his feud with Eminem.
"There was never no beef on my side. And he made a song and all that. He tried to hit me on the verse and all that, but it was nothing. It was light. It almost proved my point! No, I didn’t respond. You know why? It wasn’t like in our culture when Drake hit Meek Mill. He said, “you just got bodied by RnB ni**a”. That stung in our world."
Additionally, Lord Jamar clarified his previous comments about Eminem stating his comments were more about the Black people who are the creators of hip hop. He said that he didn't have any hatred toward Eminem but it was rather about "deciding who is who and what is what".
Jamar also said that Black people decide who is the king in hip-hop regardless of how many records an artist sells and that Eminem didn't have an impact on the culture of Black people the same way it did on Eminem's culture.
While Lord Jamar called out Eminem for supporting Kamala Harris, the rapper himself extended his endorsement toward Donald Trump in October 2024.
Moreover, in an appearance on The Art of Dialogue dated October 12, 2024, Jamar said that Kamala Harris is not suitable to run the United States and added that he doesn't think she can run a 7-Eleven or Dunkin Donuts either.
