Kid Rock has recently been trending after a post was shared on the Facebook page 'America's Last Line Of Defense' last month. The post claimed that Rock canceled a few concerts where he was supposed to perform with Tim McGraw, due to the latter's 'wokeness.'

However, the news shared on the Facebook page has been labeled as satire. According to Snopes, Kid Rock and Tim McGraw had no such concert planned together, as per the "Tour" section on Rock's official website. Further proving that the post is fake, the Facebook page's intro reads:

"The flagship of the ALLOD network of trollery. Nothing on this page is real."

The post in question mentioned that Kid Rock refused to perform with Tim McGraw, after the latter shared a few words for his wife, Faith Hill, on her birthday through Instagram, on September 21, 2024. McGraw praised Hill in the post and wrote:

"Our girls could not have a better role model in their lives as how to be an incredibly strong woman. And how to believe in themselves and be in charge of their lives (every aspect of their lives)! Let's honor the women in our lives with respect and make sure that we fight for their rights right alongside them."

The post met with a lot of criticism from a certain section of the public, who dismissed the message he was trying to send to society. Notably, the Facebook post of America's Last Line Of Defense has now been deleted and the page is no longer active. However, the caption of the post read:

"McGraw's recent "bold political statement" put him in the crosshairs of a boycott."

Kid Rock's old single rises again on the charts after performance at the Republican National Convention

Also known as Robert James Ritchie, Kid Rock performed his 2000 single American Bad A*s at the Republican National Convention on July 18, 2024. The performance was in support of Donald Trump, and a video of the same went viral on various social media platforms.

Meanwhile, the track reappeared on a few Billboard charts along with the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart in August this year. The song originally entered the Hard Rock chart in 2013, and its popularity has continued to expand with time.

Kid Rock has been a supporter of Donald Trump for a long time, and he opened up about the same in an interview on Tucker Carlson's YouTube channel. He talked about how he began supporting Trump and said:

"I mean, part of it was I got older and wiser, but to be honest, I had the money in the bank. And at the end of the day, when I really thought about it – it sounds hokey, but I just care about this country too much. And it wasn't really a conscious thing; I just started kind of doing it, getting involved."

Kid Rock was also spotted alongside Trump and Hank Williams Jr. at a football game between Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs on September 28, 2024. The trio were sitting together, and Rock and Williams Jr. were seen in cowboy hats, as they began clapping as soon as Trump's presence was revealed to the crowd at a point.
