Meghan Trainor recently appeared on Mythical Kitchen’s Last Meals on June 6, 2024, where she made a shocking revelation about the time when she thought that she had a miscarriage in between an interview. Narrating the whole experience, she disclosed that the incident took place in 2022 while she was giving an interview to Ryan Seacrest.

She recalled that she “looked down” and saw that she was “gushing blood” and had “ruined a chair.” Meghan Trainor said:

“I did that whole interview like, ‘Don’t cry, don’t cry, don’t cry’ and then got through it. I shut the computer and was like, ‘Hey team I think I’m miscarrying right now.’”

She talked about how she rushed to the washroom, thinking that she had “a baby this morning, and now they’re gone.” Trainor revealed that she took multiple pregnancy tests after the incident, all of which came out to be positive.

However, she was still skeptical after the incident; hence, she got a blood test done, which proved that she still had the baby and hadn’t lost it.

Therefore, Meghan Trainor did not have a miscarriage and successfully gave birth to her second child, Barry, on July 1, 2023. At the same time, Meghan Trainor is also a mother to another boy who was born on February 8, 2021.

Meghan Trainor thought that she had lost the baby; however, a blood test proved that she was still pregnant

The Made You Look singer revealed how she was scared that she would lose the baby after she started bleeding during an interview. Meghan also revealed that she got a blood test done, which confirmed that nothing had happened to the baby. Trainor said:

“I got a blood test done, and it’s like the number is zero if you’re not pregnant. My number was 90,000.”

Meghan then revealed that she spoke to the doctor, who disclosed that she had been pregnant for a much longer time than she realized. Meghan Trainor claimed that she had initially thought that she was six weeks pregnant, but the doctors revealed that she was 10 weeks pregnant.

The singer stated that she was pregnant while she performed on Jimmy Fallon's show in November 2022 and never knew about the same. Trainor said:

"That day, I literally did a TikTok that was like, 'When you get your period on Fallon...' And that was me implanting. I was making motherfuck*ng life. I was making life during my sound check at Fallon."

During the interview, she also spoke at length about how she welcomed Barry in 2023. Talking about her feelings from that day, Trainor said:

“That morning I was stoked, beaming of joy, I videotaped it. I did interviews and they were like, ‘How are you?’ and I said, ‘I’m thriving.’ I was so happy.”

Meghan met her current husband, Daryl Sabara, in 2014 in Los Angeles and started dating in July 2016. The couple then announced their engagement in December 2017 and got married the next year, in 2018.
