On October 3, 2024, Jaguar Wright appeared as a guest on the Piers Morgan Uncensored show. Wright started by talking about the "ill behavior" of Sean Diddy Combs, much of which is already in light following the ongoing criminal investigation.
She then went on to include other power moguls like Jay-Z and Beyoncé. While Wright has been infamous for speaking of "the abusive ills of the Hollywood elite" on podcasts and shows for years, the Philadelphia singer might have gone too far this time.
Her accusations caught the attention of many noted celebrities who clapped back at them. Today, we take a look at all the celebrities who have called Wright on her baseless claims so far.
Celebrities that called Jaguar Wright out
Jay-Z and Beyoncé
While speaking about Diddy on Morgan's show, Jaguar Wright openly associated Jay-Z with him, saying:
"Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Robert Kelly, Sean Combs have one person in common, professionally and privately: Sean Carter [Jay-Z]... This has been a fist of tyranny punching through our culture for decades. It must stop."
The uber-famous couple was quick to take notice of the remark and got their lawyers involved. When a cease and desist was sent by the lawyers, the TV personality had no choice but to address it publicly.
On October 8, Piers brought the subject up again, saying:
"Their lawyers contacted us to say that those claims were totally false, and have no basis in fact... We apologize to Jay-Z and Beyonce."
Also admitting that the legal request asked Moragan to cut the allegations out of his interview with Jaguar Wright, the anchor continued:
"Editing interviews is not something we do lightly, at a show called Uncensored. But there are legal limits on us too."
Ray J
Last year, Ray J retaliated to Wright's falsely presented controversies, when she told RealLyfe Productions that he was the last person Whitney Houston met before her death. Jaguar also implied that Ray J - and the music executive, Clive Davis - were both involved in Houston's death.
Soon after the interview, Ray J interviewed with The Reality Check, where he called Wright's stunt an attempt at chasing attention, saying:
"I'm not going to talk s**t about you, Jaguar. But when you are creating these stories and pushing narratives with no real basis, it's clear that you're doing some kind of attention-chasing, or you're doing this s**t for clout. Or just for negative destruction, right? Is that about seeking the truth? You want to stir up the pot for your own gain?"
Christopher Williams
In June 2024, Jaguar Wright talked about Christopher Williams on a RealLyfe Productions interview, saying that he had had an oral se***l encounter with Sean Diddy in the past.
When William caught wind of it, he labeled Wright a "crackhead," with her claims being "ridiculous" on the Willie D Live show. Chris further said:
"Now she’s going on and on and on like she’s sure. But I’m like, ‘Bro, she’s hurting.’ I’m praying for her because we have to make a different stand and a different choice at this time. If I’m really solid, how can what she says affect me?"
DJ Vlad
DJ Vlad also appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored alongside Jaguar Wright on October 3. While the two didn't exchange words directly when Morgan asked Vlad about his thoughts on Wright's claim, the DJ called her a known "conspiracy theorist," adding:
"I don’t really co-sign anything that she says... A lot of this stuff is just things she’s heard, things she’s making up."
Vlad also pointed out that it was a reason why he had never had Wright on his show and had no plans of doing so in the future.
Joe Budden
Besides accusing Jay-Z during her Piers Morgan Uncensored appearance, Jaguar Wright also claimed that she had seen proof of Joe Budden having a se***l encounter with Stevie J - the producer of Bad Boy Records.
To shut down the rumors started by Wright, Budden took to his podcast, The Joe Budden Podcast accusing her of "grabbing the salacious" headlines and "expounding on them with s**t." The former rapper continued:
"I'm only saying this 'cause I heard her say out of her mouth, that she saw a video of Stevie J and Joe Budden f***ing. So, I know, I know, I can say with 100 percent certainty—oh, that this lady just be saying s**t to add to the luster of whatever the f*** she’s saying."
While Piers Morgan has apologized to Jay-Z and Beyoncé live, Jaguar Wright is yet to respond to the clap-back by the power couple and admit to her false accusations.
