This year, the internet was filled with notable moments stemming from popular hip-hop tours featuring rappers like Drake, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, and more, who took their 2023 albums across the world.

Hip-hop fans received some of the most iconic music releases in 2024, starting with Metro delivering two No.1 albums alongside Future, who also dropped his solo chart-topping project, MIXTAPE PLUTO, in September.

The historic rap beef in May gave us Kendrick Lamar's diss track Not Like Us, followed by Childish Gambino's sixth and final studio album in July, titled Bando Stone & The New World.

Tyler, The Creator's Chromakopia is another standout album release for the year, with the LP dominating album charts after reaching the No.1 spot on Billboard 200.

Meanwhile, former Black Hippy member ScHoolboy Q dropped his sixth album, Blue Lips, in March and also announced an international tour to Europe next year.
