The unexpected change in the chart positions of As It Was comes on the head of the news about the Eternals 2 being put on hold. Harry Styles was expected to appear in the second edition of the Marvel movie as Starfox, a.k.a. Eros.
He previously had a small cameo in Eternals, foreshadowing the role of the 'Eternal' nicknamed the 'Knave of Heart.' Styles' character would have been portrayed as one who loves life, romance, and adventures.
The role, however, seems to be in jeopardy following Kevin Feige's July 12 interview with Inverse. The Marvel studio president told Inverse that the studio was in no hurry for the Eternals sequel. He also said that they were currently focusing on other upcoming projects.
"There are no immediate plans for Eternals 2." said Kevin Feige
Harry Styles made his acting debut with Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk in 2017. He also acted in Don't Worry Darling and My Policeman. His Eternals cameo had fans anticipating his return to the silver screen with the Marvel movie.
However, the interview seems to have left most of Style's fans disappointed. Some also took to X and vented about the movie being put on hold.
