Rapper Lil Uzi Vert unveiled new face piercings via a video of himself dancing in what looks like a kitchen on January 6, 2025. The video was posted by multiple X pages wherein the rapper's face is seen up-close featuring multiple piercings all over.

The rapper has previously made headlines with a massive forehead piercing in 2021 featuring a $24 million pink diamond.

Netizens were quick to react to Lil Uzi Vert's facial piercings wherein an X user complained about the rapper indulging in other antics but releasing music:

Additionally, netizens compared Lil Uzi Vert's new look with the facial piercings to that of Pinhead, a supernatural horror film character starring in a 1987 movie called Hellraiser:

"My insurance tried to cut me off": Lil Uzi Vert comments on massive forehead piercing

In February 2021, Lil Uzi Vert debuted a $24 million pink diamond forehead piercing and talked about the same during the Scuffed podcast in December 2021. The rapper shared that he had a difficult time with insurance concerning the piercing stating that he had to get his "s*it together."

“My insurance tried to cut me off, they were like, ‘This kid’s trying to kill himself.’"

Describing issues with his insurance and the forehead piercing, the rapper continued:

"Because we knew it was a piercing, my insurance looked at it like, ‘This kid just implanted this diamond in his head, and he’s gonna die. They’re r*tarded...I really had to call the piercing person and show them low-key everything that I got a piercing. It’s literally a piercing. But everything's straight.”

At the time of the podcast, Uzi's diamond piercing was replaced with a regular piercing and he mentioned that it was "the back post of it". The rapper said that though he could place the diamond between his eyebrows, it was heavy and felt like it was ripping his forehead so he had to let the area re-heal.

Additionally, in an interview with TMZ dated September 2021, Lil Uzi Vert recalled the diamond from his forehead piercing nearly getting stolen. The rapper said that he had a show at Rolling Loud and he jumped into the crowd when the audience "kind of ripped it out". However, Uzi said he felt good since he still had the diamond.

While Lil Uzi Vert hasn't commented on his current facial piercings, the rapper took to X in January 2021, to reveal that he had been paying for the pink diamond in his forehead piercing since 2017.

The rapper mentioned he purchased it from celebrity jeweller Elliot Eliantte and that it was the first time he saw a real natural pink diamond.
