Rapper Foolio, who was tragically killed in a shooting outside a hotel in Flordia on June 24, 2024, has been the subject of controversy on social media. Despite his passing, his Instagram account shared a story endorsing Donald Trump for the upcoming presidential elections.

The story, posted on July 16, 2024, featured a snippet from DJ Akademiks' reaction video to Donald Trump's alleged shooting incident. The caption on Foolio's Instagram story read:

"Yall gon have Trump running America like @julio_foolio IG page... Im voting 4 Trump"

Since the late rapper's death, his Instagram has been handled by an unknown person, leading to mixed reactions from fans. Some took to X to comment on the latest Instagram story on the Bibby's Flow rapper's account. One fan pointed out:

"Well he was a felon so he couldn't vote anyway"

This comment referenced the late rapper's felony charge from April 2022, when he was charged for fleeing a traffic stop in Jacksonville. In September 2022, Foolio entered into a plea deal, agreeing to probation in exchange for not contesting charges of third-degree felony and tampering with evidence.

Several others reacted to the story shared on the rapper's account, endorsing Trump:

"He was a felon so he could not have voted AND he’s dead," a fan wrote.
"Gotta admit… Foolio kinda annoying from hell," another fan tweeted.
"He didn't go to hell. He survived. 😂 😂 😂," a fan mentioned

Some fans also criticized the management of the late rapper's Instagram account, accusing it of exploiting his death:

"Every day, they prove to us that Foolio isn't the one on this account; this Ni**a only posts when there is something viral going on that will make us forget about Foolio," an X user tweeted.
"His account takeover is getting old. People taking advantage of his death by selling shit on TG," another X user commented.

On July 1, 2024, the late rapper's Instagram account posted a story with his face photoshopped on the body of popular wrestler The Undertaker. The wrestler is known for a famous move wherein he rose from a casket during his match with Heidenreich in 2005.
