Master P's son, Hercy Miller, was arrested on November 27, 2024, for theft, along with Brock Felder and Peter Dadson Jr. The trio, all members of the Southern Utah University basketball team, are accused of stealing refrigerators from the campus. They were taken to jail but released the following day.

Notably, Master P is a father of nine children, with seven of them being his biological kids. The eldest is Romeo Miller followed by Vercy, Veno, Tytyana, Intylyana, Cymphonique, Itali, Hercy, and Mercy.

KTVX acquired the legal documents related to the arrest on December 5, 2024, which stated that Hercy and the other two accused were allegedly spotted putting the refrigerators in a vehicle. The alleged stolen items were recovered from two apartments and a garage, that belonged to the accused.

Speaking to the authorities, Hercy and Peter reportedly stated that they took the refrigerators since they were on the loading dock for around a month due to which they believed that the items were being possibly thrown away. However, Brock claimed that the plan was made by one of the accused.
