Bankroll Freddie was recently sentenced to 12.5 years in prison for charges linked to his arrest back in 2022. Charges related to drug trafficking and firearms were imposed on the rapper at the time, who is currently 30 years old.

Freddie's legal issues emerged when he was driving at a high speed and was stopped by the Arkansas State Police trooper. The cops began searching the car after getting the smell of marijuana and although Freddie came out of the car at first, he went back for another time to get something, as per KARK.

While the police officers removed him from the car, they discovered several firearms along with a bag that had marijuana. Apart from that, the authorities found cash worth $33,662 with seven ammunition magazines, with a few of them completely loaded. Among the firearms, there was a 9mm gun that was made in private, known as the "ghost gun."

Furthermore, Bankroll Freddie was even charged in a federal case in November 2022 which was a part of three investigations conducted by the Department of Justice the same month. The authorities targeted two different groups, Every Body Killas (EBK) and Loady Murder Mobb, leading to the arrests of around 50 people.

Freddie and his father Freddie Gladney Jr. were found to be a part of the EBK, where members were reportedly involved in the distribution of items such as cocaine and marijuana.

Bankroll Freddie's sentencing was increased for possessing a "ghost gun"

Also known as Freddie Demarus Gladney III, he was found guilty in April this year on multiple charges linked to his arrest. This included marijuana possession and distribution, possession and distribution of a controlled substance, firearm possession, and use of a communications facility to help with drug trafficking.

A press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office also revealed that three additional years of supervised release have been imposed on Bankroll Freddie without the possibility of parole. He was even ordered to pay $242,000 money judgment as part of being convicted. Freddie was additionally accused of leading a group of five or more people involved in criminal activities.

Back in 2021, he reportedly ordered his codefendant on call to remove all the guns and items used to weigh drugs out of his house located in Helena, Arkansas. US District Judge James M. Moody, Jr. discovered that Freddie was on probation from another case in Memphis when he made the call.

Bankroll Freddie's sentencing was expanded by 2.5 years due to the "ghost gun" that was found during his arrest in 2022. The press release states that the gun was ready to get a switch or already had one in the past, which could change it into a semi-automatic or fully-automatic firearm.
