Post Malone was at Bud Light's 'A Night in Nashville' event this Tuesday, July 16, and debuted an unreleased song, Yours, for his daughter. The song comes from the rapper's upcoming album, F-1 Trillion, and is an ode for his daughter growing up and getting married one day.

As per a February 2024 report from People, the rapper's daughter is over two years old. Post Malone is often known for keeping most details about his personal life under wraps and has never revealed his daughter's birth date publically. The rapper's daughter, however, was reportedly born sometime in the spring of 2022.

In May 2022, TMZ reported that the rapper celebrated his soon-to-be-born child with a private party on the last weekend of April 2022. The party was reportedly hosted in South California and only comprised of close friends and family members of the rapper and his fiancee.

The rapper had the crowd emotional as he sang Yours for his Daughter at the Nashville event:

"When I walk her down that aisle and do what daddies have to do / And she might be wearing white, but her first dress it was pink / She might be your better half, yeah but she's my everything." the rapper sang

Backed with slow rhythms and a calming music, the song continued:

"We both love her forever, but I loved her long before / And one day I know I'll give her away / Buddy, that doesn't mean she's yours."

All we know so far about Post Malone's family and his upcoming album

Post Malone, a.k.a. Austin Richard Post, is one of the most prominent American rappers with five studio albums and over 43 singles.

Malone has been engaged to his fiancee, Jamie, since 2021. While appearing on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast in August 2023, he revealed that Jamie turned down his first proposal during a Las Vegas Trip.

“I was like, ‘Hey, you wanna marry me? I got a ring and all this stuff.' And then she said no.” the rapper shared.

The rapper shared that his girlfriend advised him to ask again when he was sober. Post Malone followed her advice, and she accepted his second proposal the next day. Jamie, often seen with Malone at events, has not revealed her identity, and Malone supports her choice to keep their family private.

They were last seen together at the 2023 Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The couple has one daughter, whose name has not been revealed, but Malone got her initials, DDP, tattooed on his forehead in October 2022.

The rapper shared that he and his fiancee were expecting their first child while appearing for a TMZ interview on May 3, 2022.

“I’m excited for this next chapter in my life. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.” said the rapper

Months later, Post Malone confirmed being blessed with a daughter on June 12, 2022, as he appeared on The Howard Stern Show. At that time, Malone told Howard that before leaving the house he had kissed his “baby girl.”

The rapper is a doting father and doesn't shy away from expressing love for his daughter. The same could be seen at the 'A Night in Nashville' event as the rapper dedicated the personally emotional song, Yours, to his daughter.

It was the first official debut and revealing for the songs Yours and Would You Hide My Gun. Building on the anticipation of the rapper's much-awaited album, the two songs are speculated to be released as singles in the coming days.

Post Malone will officially release his upcoming album, F-1 Trillion, next month, on August 16. The sixth studio album will be the first time the rapper traverses the genres of hip-hop and trap to explore country music.
